With all of us being home more than not, maybe some of us have even been stress-baking. If you're quickly running out of dairy, don't worry. You can make "depression cake" without milk, butter or even eggs. Google it. It’s an easy recipe and the kids will have fun helping in the kitchen! The cake gets its name from the cakes baked during the Great Depression when rations were limited and it’s making a big comeback during the quarantine.
