KUALA LUMPUR: Motorists have settled close to RM90mil in summonses via the MyBayar Saman web portal and app, says Deputy Comm Datuk Azisman Alias. The Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) director said 814,622 traffic summonses amounting to RM89.02mil have been settled since the inception of MyBayar Saman on March 25. Users took advantage of the 50% discount on offer for summonses via the MyBayar Saman, which expired on Thursday (April 15). On the last day alone, 38,306 summonses amounting to RM4.2mil were settled, he said when contacted on Friday (April 16). The MyBayar Saman app and web portal have 814,622 registered users, said DCP Azisman. ....
