FRAMINGHAM – A man was found with serious injuries in the back of a garbage truck on Friday after being dumped from a dumpster, authorities said. The 38-year-old man was flown to Boston Medical Center by a medical rescue helicopter after the 11:30 a.m. incident, Deputy Police Chief Sean Riley said. On Winter Street, the truck had emptied the large container of trash into the hopper and drove away. A live camera that records the inside of the trash portion revealed a man had also been dumped. “The driver pulled over immediately when he discovered what happened,” Riley said. The truck stopped on Rte. 9 near 1200 Worcester Road.
