A Glasgow Airport boss has said that the new government scheme, which will need travellers to provide a negative Covid-19 test before they can enter Scotland, has taken "much longer than expected".  At today's briefing, Nicola Sturgeon revealed that the Scottish Government are currently working with other parts of the UK to confirm the exact start date for the new requirement, but that it is likely to be from the end of next week. SCOTLAND’S embattled aviation sector has received a boost after easyJet unveiled plans to introduce a new daily flight between Aberdeen International Airport and London Gatwick from next summer.
