Continuing Resolutions Invariably Harm National Defense
The agreement on the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 to raise the Budget Control Act’s defense limits came attached to the fifth continuing resolution (CR) of fiscal year (FY) 2018.[REF] The CR—hopefully the last of the year—will last from February 9, 2018, to March 23, 2018.
