Alexandria volleyball returned to its winning ways Tuesday. Playing in Jacksonville, the Valley Cubs swept a tri-match with the Golden Eagles and Cherokee County. The Cubs improved to 45-6.
Alexandria had another long and successful day of volleyball Saturday. The Valley Cubs won all seven of their matches and captured the championship of the Brooks tournament.
“That’s my play style. No matter who gets what, I’m on the ground cheering,” Eryn Spradley said. “No matter if you’re on the bench or the floor, we just cheer.
Oxford finished its Saturday as runner-up in Hewitt-Trussville’s Husky Challenge volleyball tournament. We've also got volleyball reports from Pleasant Valley, Alexandria and Munford.
