Sussex P&Z approves Stratus Estates
Lewes Delaware 19958United States Plans for Stratus Estates, a 226-lot cluster subdivision, were approved unanimously by Sussex County Planning and Zoning Commission at its April 22 meeting. The community, formerly known as Cool Spring Meadows, will be located on a 188-acre parcel on both sides of Stockley Road and the northwest corner of Cool Spring Road.
