New York State Budget Provides for Huge Investments in Housing
(Albany, NY) Today, Senator Brian Kavanagh, Chair of the Senate Committee on Housing, Construction and Community Development announced details of the New York State Adopted Budget, which would provide $5.5 billion in capital investments and $2.5 billion in other expenditures for housing and related services, for a total of $8 billion benefitting renters, homeowners, and homeless New Yorkers.
