chowell@weirtondailytimes.com WEIRTON — Another step has been taken in establishing a new business development along the Three Springs Drive area of the city. During the Dec. 14 regular meeting, City Council voted unanimously on a resolution to accept the deed with the Business Development Corp. of the Northern Panhandle for land as part of the Park Drive Development Project.
