Clare FM 9th March 2021 Clare Councillors are headed on a collision course with part of the government’s multi-billion euro long-term plan for the country. The National Planning Framework, which was launched in tandem with the €115bn Ireland 2040 Plan in 2018, was roundly criticised by a number of Councillors at last night’s Council meeting, which heard claims that the Plan has the potential to pose a “critical problem” for towns and villages.
