CADILLAC — A 31-year-old Cadillac man faced charges in 84th District Court and a possible prison sentence related to an incident where he allegedly assaulted, resisted or obstructed police.
CADILLAC â The following are sentences occurring in 84th District Court in Wexford County from August and September 2020: ⢠Joseph Gene Porter, 38, of Cadillac was ordered to pay $325 in fines for a guilty plea to operating with no licenses or multiple licenses. ⢠Christopher Nicholas Grappin, 44, of Cadillac was ordered to pay $325 in fines and fees for a guilty plea to failure to stop after a collision. ⢠Jason Robert Carlsen, 49, of Mesick was ordered to pay $325 in fines for a guilty plea to driving while license suspended, revoked or denied. ⢠Keatgh Buck Jones, ...
