BOLIVAR, Tenn. (AP) — A man who fired a gun at corrections officers outside a west Tennessee jail was fatally shot by police on Wednesday, authorities said. Andra Devon Murphy, 43, died after he was shot by Bolivar Police Department officers outside the Hardeman County Criminal Justice Complex, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Keli McAlister said.
