3/5/21 A North Liberty man who appointed himself as the mediator between police and two subjects fighting outside Panchero’s has been arrested on intoxication and marijuana charges. According to arrest records, Iowa City Police were called to the restaurant’s South Clinton Street location just after 2:15 Friday morning for a fight outside.
