Reliance General Insurance Asked To Pay Rs11.11 Lakh Death Claim under Pravasi Bhartiya Bima
While upholding an order passed by the Punjab state consumer disputes redressal commission, the national consumer disputes redressal commission (NCDRC) directed Reliance General Insurance Co Ltd to pay Rs11.11 lakh death claim with 9% interest and compensation to the mother of the deceased life assured (DLA), who died after falling from a height while working in Abu Dhabi.
