ASX EDV: Proxy advisory firm CGI Glass Lewis advises funds to vote against the election of Bill Wavish to the Endeavour Group board, in a blow to pubs billionaire Bruce Mathieson's campaign.
The proxy firm was critical of Mr Wavish’s previous directorships at Myer and Dick Smith, and also believes that performance issues for the owner of Dan Murphy’s are short-term.
