SAN DIEGO — On Friday morning, federal prosecutors unsealed an indictment charging four former Minneapolis police officers with violating the civil rights of George Floyd, whose death last May set off months of nationwide protests. Among the charges in the indictment is an allegation that two of the former officers, J.
