Sergeant Jordan Rans with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Bolingbrook, IL man on Saturday for multiple charges. At 5:36 p.m. the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a report of a speeding vehicle traveling south on U.S. 31 from the area of Tyler Road.
