PEORIA  Authorities have identified the two children killed in a two-vehicle wreck Sunday. 
Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood identified them as 1-year-old Owens Bomolo and 14-year-old Bolodjawn Diego Bonkengo, both of Peoria.
Both died of blunt-force trauma and suffered injuries that were not compatible with life, Harwood said. Neither appeared to have been restrained by either a seat belt or a car seat, the coroner said. 
The 14-year-old was in the front seat, Harwood said, while the baby was in the back seat, apparently held by someone. When asked if seat belts or a car seat would have saved their lives, Harwood said he wasn t sure, given the severity of the damage to the vehicles.  ....
