That's the issue that we're seeing right now. how this will affect the surrounding areas and the towns surrounding fukushima that people were just allowed back in within a matter of days, we don't know the extent of that right now. but whenever there is a weather event near fukushima which continues to be as much as the government and tp cowork to stabilize it, it's always a concern that's something we will have to watch closely. as we watch these rescues you have to think about and hope that the people who were inside those buildings were able to get out of the way. the water has risen quickl...
