DAM B - NECHES RIVER From 1:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, the Neches River rose 14.52 feet, going from 60.0â to 74.52â in that 12 hour period. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers website reported that as of Monday afternoon, Dam B stood at 84.01 feet, while the normal upper pool elevation is 83.00 feet. The Corps of Engineers website also said that as of Monday afternoon, Dam B was releasing 37,500 cubic feet of water per second.
