FRAMINGHAM — Officials at a Maple Street church are proposing to install solar panels on a canopy over the parish’s parking lot. WESTERLY â A Narragansett-based developer is seeking to build 26 two-bedroom condominium units in 13 duplex-style buildings on a seven-acre site off of East Avenue, including four units which would be sold at low- or moderate-income pricing. SMITHFIELD – Developers of a proposed eight-megawatt solar array at 175 Tarkiln Road returned to the Planning Board last Thursday with an updated plan that calls for less tree clearing and a new entrance and relocated solar panels further from sight.
