DPWH Regional Director Roseller Tolentino said Wednesday that Barangay Rio Chico in General Tinio and Barangay San Roque in San Leonardo are the recipient communities of the newly-built structures with a total length of 237.6 lineal meters. CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga - The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Region 3 is set to mobilize motorist assistance teams in various parts of Central Luzon to help motorists in line with the agency's program "Lakbay Alalay" this Holy Week. DPWH Regional Director Roseller Tolentino said on Monday the teams will be deployedin strategic areas of the highways where motorists will pass en route to the different provinces in the region.
