By Mike Leischner Village of Weston WESTON, WI (WSAU) â The Weston Parks and Recreation committee has given Director Shawn Osterbrink the OK to explore installing programmable electronic locking devices for the restroom facilities at Machmueller Park due to ongoing vandalism issues. Osterbrink says the biggest issue his staff has been dealing with involve paper towel and soap dispensers, which are the only things in the building that arenât made of steel, concrete, or porcelain. âThey usually zone in on that. We put them back up [after they were damaged,] and they were destroyed immediately again. We have replacement dispensers here, but we are hesitant to put them in. ....
