Germany’s EU Council Presidency will end on 31December 2020. For six months the Goethe-Institut participated in the federal government’s official cultural programme with eight projects. Far more than 100 million people in Europe were reached with debates about the impacts of artificial intelligence, with the creation of climate-neutral travel schemes, spectacular installations in public squares and intergenerational discussions about Europe.
