常德："点燃希望·民政助学"今年资助2000余名困难学生 - 市州精选 - 湖南在线

“点燃希望·民政助学”是我市民政部门的传统慈善项目，已连续实施17年，累计发放助学金1.2亿元，资助学生3万名，为广大寒门学子点燃了人生希望，广受社会各界赞誉。今年的活动将持续聚焦全市困难学子，对城乡低保户和脱贫户本年度考入大专以上院校的学生，实行全覆盖资助;对在籍重点困难大学生，少数因突发变故造成支出性贫困家庭、残疾或长期病患低收入家庭中本年度考入大专以上院校的学生，以不超过资助总人数15%的比例进行资助。
7月15日前，各区县(市)民政部门将组织专门力量前往学生家庭及就读学校走访摸底，符合条件的学生家庭也可主动向所属区县(市)民政局慈善办申请。此次所有助学资金将采取现金发放或打卡发放形式按时发放到位。

低收入家庭子女每人资助5000元
同时，对今年入大学后仍是低保家庭子女、困难供养对象、孤儿、事实无人抚养儿童、脱贫监测户和边缘易致贫户子女且品学兼优的大学生，从2022年起可凭相关证明材料，每年向市慈善总会申请资助，经市慈善总会核实相关情况，并报长沙市困难家庭子女高等教育慈善助学金评审监督委员会审定后，每人每次资助3000元。
申报工作分两批次进行
根据助学工作安排，2021年的申报工作分两批次进行，第一批次接受录取到本科院校的贫困大学生申报，申报时间为7月14日至8月4日;第二批次接受录取到专科院校的贫困大学生申报，申报时间为8月10日至22日。
低保家庭子女、困难供养对象、孤儿、事实无人抚养儿童和脱贫监测户和边缘易致贫户子女由区县(市)民政局、慈善会指导乡镇(街道)、村(社区)进行逐个� ....
