Partisan and unconstitutional. and threw it out. so they're going to have to draw new districts. there is a case going in front of the supreme court dealing with wisconsin, and that could really be the big one. because if the supreme court decides that wisconsin's map is overly partisan, they could set new guidelines for how you determine what is a fair congressional map. and if that happens that would be a landmark decision. and it would change what we're looking at in terms of even balance of power going forward because we have a whole new district map in several states, probably. >> incredi...
