Today, 226 persons tested positive while four lost their lives to the virus. March 16, 2021 Moses L. Oreste, 21 of South Portland has been arrested for trafficking in crack cocaine and fentanyl. Beginning in November 2020, agents from the MDEA Cumberland District Task Force began an investigation into a group of people who were distributing fentanyl and crack cocaine throughout Southern Maine. Members of the group traveled out of state to purchase large quantities of fentanyl and crack cocaine at wholesale prices.
