Ipo Dam opens one gate as LPAs bring rain Published December 27, 2020 6:20pm One gate of the Ipo Dam in Norzagaray, Bulacan was partially opened on Sunday afternoon as two low-pressure areas (LPAs) brought rains, the PAGASA Hydrometeorology Division Flood Forecasting and Warning Section said. In its 2 p.m. situationer, the state weather bureau said one gate of the Ipo Dam was opened by half a meter.
