Pamela B. Barker, 66, of Sandston, entered eternal rest on Friday, July 14, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alma H. and Walter Scott Bowman. Pam retired from Dixie Sporting Goods and worked for several years at the Federal Reserve, PPFA, and Martinair. She enjoyed spending time at the beach and bowling
