Defending the construction of a $744,000 soccer field for terror suspects at guantanamo bay. rear admiral david wood said the brand new field complete with lights will only be used by well behaved prisoners. 120 inmates out of the 171 being held at gitmo will have access to the field and he says it's good for their morale. as for the cost, woods says, it's expensive to build at the base because every piece of equipment has to be shipped there by barge or plane due to the cuban embargo. my only question about that is why do they need lights on it? isn't it good enough to play during the dayligh...
