‘Qatar witnesses impressive progress’ 17 Dec 2020 - 10:30 Doha: Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden in Doha H E Anders Bengtsson affirmed that since Sweden opened up its Embassy in Doha in 2014 relations between the two countries have expanded significantly. In a statement to Qatar News Agency on the occasion of the National day, the Ambassador noted that trade between Sweden and Qatar almost doubled between 2015 and 2019. Ambassador of Sweden to Qatar, Anders Bengtsson “We have intensified our bilateral dialogue. Last year, we signed an MoU with Qatar on annual political consultations. In January this year, Sweden, Qatar and ILO signed a MoU on cooperation in the areas of health and safety at work and corporate social responsibility,” he added. ....
