Witnesses describe 'scary' moments at Tinley Park carnival
Tinley Park police said Monday five teens were cited for fighting after hundreds of youths, spurred by social media, gathered at the Armed Forces Carnival in a parking lot on the north side of the 80th Avenue Metra station.
