Credit cell phone video There was cheering and jubilation outside the Minneapolis courthouse yesterday afternoon when it was announced that former police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty of murder and manslaughter in the death of George Floyd. Kirkland Hall, former president of the Somerset County Branch of the NAACP, told Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush that the verdict was expected and believes it will mean a change in law enforcement.
