Restaurant owners say 75% capacity is not as good as it sounds

(WHEC) On Easter Sunday, one of the busiest days local restaurants have seen in months, some business owners say the expansion to 75% capacity is "not as good as it looks." While they say the new guidance is a step in the right direction, social distancing is making it difficult for them to welcome more guests back.
