McDonald's Korea is running a series of year-end donation campaigns for children in need of long-term hospital care.
The local subsidiary of the U.S. fast food firm said Thursday it has launched a seasonal menu item, the Lucky Burger, which will be available for a month from Dec. 26.
The company will donate part of the revenue from sales of the burger to Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Korea. The donated money will be used to support children hospitalized for health problems and their family members.
