Suspicious, they could pretty much in-house, start that search process and do its own surveillance from there. oversight has always been a question. once this came out with edward snowden's revelation. what the white house has been doing is working with done gress. soon, they want to propose a law so that all the collection would be done by the phone companies themselves. then, they would store it or it would possibly be stored by a third party and the white house wants to make sure that in authorizing a search, the nsa would have to basically get that stamp of approval from a judge. every pho...
