They are trying to say here is, look, don't draw attention to yourself. don't publicize, advertise that you're a member of the u.s. military because that could catch the attention of someone, an isis sympathizer, a lone wolf who may want to cause harm to you. that's the message they are trying to get across to members of the u.s. military and this is following the attacks in canada targeting members of the military there and similar bulletins have been sent out for law enforcement personnel, members of the military. this is the latest one based on new information coming in to law enforcement. ...
