bbc news, nairobi. time for a look at the weather. here's darren bett. hello, the good news is that the rain in northern ireland has eased. but in 2a hours, there were three inches of rain in county down which led to the flooding. it looks likely that northern ireland will miss the worst of the rain from storm ciaran as it arrives in time for thursday. but with rain elsewhere, saturated ground, further flooding and the damaging winds are likely to be in the far south. there is an amber wind warning from the met office, i will show you that later. but the details are not nailed down y...
