Unique Coast childcare brings farm to playground
Premium Content Subscriber only With a moo-moo here, and a moo-moo there, a unique childcare is set to open on the Sunshine Coast bringing Old McDonald’s farm to life. While there’s no pigs, cows or horses at the brand new Early Learning Centre at Sippy Downs, there is a full barnyard of animals ready for play. They include two miniature goats, silky chickens, parrots, green tree frogs and frill neck lizards with in-house reptile and animal experts on hand. Kids from six months to kindy age groups have been encouraged to get off the screens and “go back to being kids”.
