Life-saver: Railways staff get first-aid training
“We organised the training session for our frontline workers to ensure passengers’ safety. Nearly 200 staff of SWR attended the session on first aid kits, AED usage, and the right way to administer CPR. The idea behind the session was to train our staff so the first few minutes in a medical emergency, considered vital, can be utilised to save lives,” said Kusuma Hariprasad, Additional Divisional Railway Manager, South Western Railway (Bengaluru Division).
