2 lbs DOWN!
I'm down 2 lbs already! At 5 ft 2in, this is enough to feel lighter and provide me with the incentive to keep going. Especially since my consultation at ACT ON WEIGHT & WELLNESS was on a Friday - going into the weekend. The first thing I noticed as I prepared dinner for my family on Friday night, is that I really wasn't starving!
