MoFAGA prepares draft bill to suspend local executive for six months

KATHMANDU, Feb 17: The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA) has prepared a draft bill to amend the Local Government Operation Act-2074 BS, allowing the federal government to suspend the local executive for up to six months.

Thailand's health ministry has sought Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin cabinet's approval for a draft bill that seeks to ban the recreational use of cannabis, according to reports.
