The chief executive of Louth County Council has been informed of the anger of some people concerning the implications for one-off housing in the Draft Development Plan. She was made aware of the concerns of residents in rural areas, particularly North Louth and the Cooley Peninsula, that their children and grandchildren would not be able to build homes where they wanted.
