Hrithik Roshan s ex-wife Sussanne Khan and other celebrities like singer Guru Randhawa and cricketer Suresh Raina were held after a raid at a night club in Mumbai on Tuesday (December 22) at 3 am, for allegedly violating COVID-19 norms. A night curfew has been imposed by the Maharashtra Government in the light of the upcoming festive season of Christmas and New Year.
On Tuesday, reports emerged claiming that 34 people, including staff members of the hotel, had been arrested for breaking COVID-19 rules. According to the Mumbai Police, 13 women who were at the club were allowed to leave after being served a notice, while the men were arrested and granted bail later. ....

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan’s ex-wife Sussanne Khan issued an official statement on her Instagram account after reports Tuesday that she was among several people booked for allegedly flouting Covid norms at a club in Mumbai.
In her post she claims she was not arrested; she also praised Mumbai police. Her note reads thus: “Last night I was at a close friend’s birthday dinner & a few of us extended to the Dragon Fly club at JW Marriott, Sahar. At 2.30 am the authorities entered the club. Whilst the club management and the authorities were sorting things out, all the guests present were asked to wait for a period of three hours. We were finally allowed to leave at 6am. Therefore, the speculation by parts of the media that there were arrests made are completely incorrect and also irresponsible.” ....
