A Delaware County man was arrested after police found his mother soiled and "fused" to her bed at their home.
Daniel Klein, 51, of Upper Chichester is charged in neglect of his mother in a fly-infested and trash-strewn house. Chichester Township police were dispatched Sunday, April 7 at 12:20 p.m. for a welfare check.
