Drylining firm files administration notice
Hertfordshire-based Grays Dry Lining Limited has filed an administration notice, Construction News can reveal. The company, which reported turnover of £22m in its last set of accounts, filed its notice of intention to appoint an administrator on Tuesday. The company has 10 days to appoint an administrator and is protected from creditor actions during that time. If an administrator is not appointed and a new notice is not submitted then creditors can take action to recover any money owed.
