NBN News | DISQUALFIED DRIVER CHARGED WITH DANGEROUS DRIVING
A man, who is banned from driving until 2052, has been arrested after he was stopped by police in Tweed Heads. Police were patrolling Ducat Street about 6pm on Thursday, when they saw a motorbike allegedly being ridden dangerously. Police allege the man was also in possession of methamphetamine, and the number plates on the motorbike didn’t match the registration. The 36-year-old Coolangatta man was arrested and taken to Tweed Heads Police Station, where he was charged with a number of offences.
