Flawed. what do you think of the argument? >> i think it's exactly correct. can have a muslim ban even targeted to one individual. don't have to target all muslims but have to agree somewhat to what alan said. i was very critical of the first ban, i clearly said it was muslim ban and unconstitutional. this new travel ban is different. i think administration did address some of the deficiencies in the due process area and nothing on the face that discriminates against muslims. not at all confident as it plays out we'll see discrimination but do somewhat agree with the order from hawaii. >> one ...
