On October 12, Dr Bajwa orally informed the police that he has not conducted any surgery upon Ali and has merely prepared surgery notes at the request of Dr Neeraj. CCTV footage of Dr Bajwa's hospital in Faridabad and Sarai toll also showed that he was not present in Delhi at the time of the surgery.
