The murder trial of Gqeberha businessman Arnold Terblanche, accused of ordering a hit on his estranged wife, Vicki, has been postponed to April 26 for a pretrial conference.
The full details of the alleged plot to have the estranged wife of businessman Arnold Terblanche murdered have been revealed in court documents. Terblanche, who is out on R1m bail, stood briefly beside his co-accused, Reinhardt Leach, in the dock where their case was postponed to October 27. As per agreement between the parties, the court ordered the defence be furnished with a full copy of the police docket before the next court date.
